Home Turf has a 1-Year Labor Warranty which covers the fabrication and installation of your turf system.
The following items are not covered by our warranty and will incur a minimum service fee
- Weed growth
- Melted or damaged turf caused by the reflection from windows or any other producers of sun magnification
- Drainage
- Irrigation once we leave property (including sprinklers)
- HOA or impervious cover restrictions
- Acts of mother nature (floods, fire, etc.)
- Damage caused by humans and/or pets
- Damage caused to utility wires, underground lines and/or water pipes
- Pet odors
- Tree limbs or other foliage falling on the turf causing damage
- Matting of the turf
- Low spots or low areas under Turf caused by ground movement.
Please submit your warranty request below with photos, and our team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Warranty requests typically take 4-6 weeks to process.
